Contact me via phone, e
mail or letter with your name, contact telephone numbers
or e mail address and most importantly the date and location
of your wedding or event.

I will check to see whether
the date is free or not. In both instances I will contact
you with availability as soon as possible.

If you want to proceed
with the booking then provide your address. I will then
send you the booking forms. These need completing by you
and returning in the pre paid envelope.

Once I receive the forms
back I will contact you to confirm they are received. Your
booking is now fully secure and you are under contract as
explained in the terms page. At this stage we can book a
trial for 8/12 weeks before the wedding or sooner or later
than that if you wish. Not all brides have a trial but it
is recommended. In the case of advanced bookings the trial
can be arranged nearer the time.

The booking procedure is
now complete. You can contact me at any time should you
require.

The above is a typical scenario.
If you want to have a trial before booking your date officially
that is possible. I cannot however guarantee that your date
will not be booked to another bride in the interim as your date
cannot be held open for you. Apologies for any inconvenience
this may cause.
