Booking Terms and Conditions

1.	Mandy Driver and/or Big Day Hair and Make-up reserve the right to make changes to the terms and prices without notice. If changes are made you will be notified as soon as possible.
2.	Payment must be made for any service either prior to or on the day. A cheque (with bank card) must reach me a week before the Wedding Day or cash only taken on the day. Failure to make payment will result in court action.
3.	For long distance bookings (over 10 miles) a travel charge will be made this is based not only on mileage but also on time taken to travel. This fee once set is non negotiable. The right to refuse to travel is withheld.
4.	Extra charge for public holidays may apply.
5.	The minimum fee for a wedding day booking is £150.00. This is for makeover costs only and does not include travel charges, non returnable item costs or travel to church service. There is no time limit unlike some others in the field. So, maybe you could have someone else done to make the price up?
6.	The prices for hair artistry are dependant on the length and style required. The more time consuming your style is the more you pay. Having very long hair, adding lasting curls to long straight hair, intricate plaiting, weaving, braiding etc will push your price to the maximum pricing level. It's not common to reach the highest pricing level. I do it this way to be fairer to all brides.
7.	£100.00 cancellation fee at my discretion should I feel you have not given fair warning of cancellation and a booking cannot be taken to fill your place.
8.	Trials are best done in daylight where possible. These are full trials with a consultation (2 hours for bride and 1 ½ hours for other for both hair and makeup). Due to work loads I am sorry but I cannot do consultations without a trial. Feel free to call or e mail me with any questions or you can visit my web site. Trial bookings are subject to availability, change or cancellation to allow for wedding bookings.

10.	Make-up used is all top quality products which I love to use and have a brilliant track record for this type of work. If you have a very sensitive skin I can use some of the products you have and apply them instead - I am flexible.
11.	It is very important that you advise me of any sensitivities, allergies or contact lenses you may have. A questionnaire and disclaimer relating to this is provided in the info pack.
12.	I work on my own. I can trust myself! Don't worry I have never failed to get a bride and all the bridesmaids finished in time. Sometimes early starts are needed but we can discuss this at the trial.
